In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), refunds or corrective action may be considered only in rare cases where:
🔹 Medical and aesthetic treatments have variable results, and dissatisfaction with an expected outcome does not qualify for a refund.
🔹 All refund or corrective action requests will be assessed by the clinic’s professional team, and any resolution offered will be at the clinic’s discretion based on medical/aesthetic best practices.
🔹 If a concern arises, patients must attend a face-to-face consultation so the treating professional can assess the issue in person before any resolution is considered.
🔹 If corrective action is offered, it may be in the form of an adjustment to the treatment rather than a refund.
