  • Non-Transferrable Sessions: Treatment sessions are to be used by the individual who purchased them and cannot be transferred to another person, ensuring personalised and safe care.

  • Consumption of Sessions: Clients are expected to consume all sessions of a purchased treatment package within the time frame specified at the time of purchase.
