Dr Sana Aesthetics

Patient Care & Clinic Policy

At Dr Sana Aesthetics, we are committed to providing professional, ethical, and patient-focused care. Our treatments are performed by qualified healthcare professionals and trained skin therapists, following strict safety protocols and best-practice industry standards.

We offer a range of medical aesthetic and skin treatments, tailored to individual patient needs, with a focus on safety, effectiveness, and natural-looking results.

To ensure a clear and informed experience, we ask all patients to review our clinic policies before undergoing treatment.

Medical Advice, Treatment Planning & Risks
  • Aesthetic, skin, and cosmetic procedures are medical procedures, and all carry inherent risks. Your doctor or treating practitioner will explain these risks during your consultation.
  • We encourage all patients to ask any questions they have to ensure they fully understand the treatment, potential risks, and expected outcomes before proceeding.
  • All treatments are performed by qualified professionals, including medical practitioners and trained skin therapists, each operating within their scope of practice.
  • Treatment recommendations are based on a professional assessment, patient safety, and expected outcomes.
  • Patients are encouraged to ask questions and make informed decisions about their treatments. You are not obligated to proceed with any treatment.
  • While our team provides recommendations based on professional expertise, patients have the right to choose their preferred treatment approach within safe and ethical practice guidelines.
  • If a patient chooses a lower product volume than recommended, the outcome may be subtle, and additional treatment will require a new appointment and additional cost.
Treatment Expectations & Individual Results
  • Cosmetic injectables and skin treatments are medical or aesthetic procedures, and results vary depending on individual factors such as skin type, metabolism, and the amount of product used.
  • During your consultation, our practitioners will explain the expected results, risks, and limitations.
  • While we aim for optimal results, no treatment can guarantee a specific outcome.

All patients sign a consent form confirming they understand the treatment, potential risks, and expected results before proceeding.

Cosmetic Injectables – Dermal Filler Usage & Policy
  • We do not store or reuse open filler for another patient, as per health and safety regulations.
  • Our clinic does not offer half syringes, as the product must be used in full or discarded.
  • If a patient chooses to use less filler than recommended in one area, they may request the remaining filler be applied to another suitable area, as advised by the medical professional.
  • Unused filler cannot be stored, refunded, or transferred to another appointment.
No Complimentary Top-Ups or Adjustments
  • Additional treatment requires a new appointment and incurs an additional cost.
  • We do not offer complimentary “top-ups” or “make-up doses” after a procedure.
  • Offering free top-ups would be against industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

If a patient desires more volume or enhanced results, this must be discussed in a follow-up appointment, and additional product costs apply.

Follow-Up & Post-Treatment Concerns
  • All post-treatment concerns must be addressed in a face-to-face appointment.
  • We do not assess or provide medical advice via phone, text, email, or photos, as an in-person review is required for proper evaluation.
  • If you experience unexpected side effects or concerns, please contact us to book a follow-up consultation.
Refund & Treatment Policy
  • For full details on our refund terms, please refer to our Refund Policy
Additional Treatments & Costs
  • If a patient desires additional volume or adjustments, this is considered a new treatment and will incur the standard pricing.
  • All pricing is based on the amount of product used, and final costs are determined during the consultation.
