Refer-a-Friend Program Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: Existing clients who refer a new client to Dr Sana Aesthetics are eligible for the refer-a-friend discount. The referred friend must be a new client who has not previously received services or purchased products from Dr Sana Aesthetics.
2. Referral Discount: Both the referring client and the referred friend will receive a 15% discount, applicable on their next purchase or service after the referral has been confirmed.
3. Confirmation: The referred friend must mention the referring client’s name at the time of their first booking or purchase for the referral to be valid.
4. Usage: The 15% referral discount can be used on services and products, excluding cosmetic injectable treatments, and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
5. Limitations: Each 15% referral discount is a one-time offer per referred new client and cannot be reused for multiple referrals.
6. Expiry: The referral discount must be used within 3 months from the date of issue. After this period, the discount will expire and cannot be redeemed.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This offer is available to all clients who can provide a current and valid written quote for a comparable laser hair removal service within a specified distance from our clinic at T23A, Mount Annan Market Place, Mount Annan.

2. Comparable Service: The service quoted must be identical to ours, using the same technology and treatment protocol. The quote must be for services within the same treatment area.

3. Quote Requirements: The quote must be from a licensed provider of laser hair removal services and must be dated within 30 days of presentation to our clinic. It must clearly outline the service, price, technology, and treatment area.

4. Verification: Dr Sana Aesthetic reserves the right to verify the validity of the competitor’s quote and to ensure that it meets all the criteria for the Price Beat Guarantee. The decision to accept or reject the quote is at the discretion of Dr Sana Aesthetic.

5. Distance Limit: The competitor’s clinic must be within a 15-kilometer radius of Dr Sana Aesthetic at T23A, Mount Annan Market Place, Mount Annan. This distance ensures the offer is reasonable for clients and reflects our commitment to serving our local community.

6. Price Beat: Dr Sana Aesthetic will beat the competitor’s price by 5% upon verification. This offer is subject to the availability of appointments and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

7. Limitations: The Price Beat Guarantee does not apply to quotes from online retailers, private sellers, or temporary/flash sales. It excludes finance-based offers, free items, bundled promotions, and pricing errors.

8. Appointment Booking: Clients must book their appointment within 30 days of the price match being approved. The offer is valid for one treatment area per client.
