Cancellation Policy of Dr Sana Aesthetics

At Dr Sana Aesthetics, we understand that plans can change. However, to ensure we can accommodate the needs of all our clients, we kindly request adherence to the following cancellation policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment slot with other clients on our waiting list.
  • Cancellation Fee: If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $60. This fee compensates for the time set aside for your appointment.
  • Non-Transferable Appointments: Appointments are specifically arranged for you and cannot be transferred to another person.
  • How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly at cancellation@drsanaaesthetics.com.au or (02) 4666 4702. This will help us manage your request promptly.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session, and the cancellation fee may still apply.
